FK Ogre is a Latvian football club. They are based in the Latvian town of Ogre, Latvia. 2014-2017 played in the second-highest division of Latvian football (the Latvian First League) and the Latvian Football Cup.
On 14 July 2017 Latvian football federation informed, that In the championship of Latvia on football three more teams are disqualified. The disciplinary commission of the Football Federation of Latvia for the influence on the results of matches excluded two teams from the first league ("Jekabpils" and "Ogre") and one second league team (Riga "FC Raita") for an indefinite period from the national football championship. For three years, disqualified five individuals - the head coach of "Ogre" Igor Troitsky (at one time competed for the national team of Latvia), as well as four players - Alexei Kuplov-Oginsky, Denis Sokolsky, Oleg Penkovsky and Sergei Lebedev.
O clube foi fundado em 2002 por um grupo de empresários locais. Em 2004, o FK Ogre conquistou o título da 1. līga, a segunda divisão do futebol letão, e foi promovido para a Virslīga.
O FK Ogre nunca conquistou o título da Virslīga, mas já foi vice-campeão em duas ocasiões, em 2016 e 2017. O clube também já conquistou a Copa da Letônia uma vez, em 2018.
O FK Ogre também já representou a Letônia em competições europeias. Em 2016, o clube disputou a primeira pré-eliminatória da Liga Europa, mas foi eliminado pelo Shamrock Rovers, da Irlanda. Em 2017, o FK Ogre disputou a primeira pré-eliminatória da Liga dos Campeões, mas foi eliminado pelo FK Vardar, da Macedônia.
O FK Ogre é um dos clubes mais populares da Letônia. O clube tem uma média de público de 1.500 torcedores por partida.
